Geneva, October the 30th, 2019
To Whom It May Concern,
We wish to inform you of a significant leadership change within Africa Plantation Capital. Mrs. Noreen Ajiambo Ogina, who has served as a Director, officially tendered her resignation on October 5th, 2018, due to personal reasons. After careful consideration, the Group CEO, Mr. Gary Crates, along with the other Directors of Africa Plantation Capital—Mr. Kelvin Sila Kaloki and Ms. Fathiya Karama Issa—have accepted her resignation.
Noreen has been a vital part of our team, leading the company’s marketing operations across Africa with dedication and integrity. We are grateful for her contributions and leadership during her tenure and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
Looking ahead, Mr. Kelvin Sila Kaloki, who has been acting as Managing Director since June 28th, is expected to propose a new candidate for the position of Marketing Director in due course.
We appreciate your continued support as we navigate this transition and remain committed to achieving our mission and goals.
Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
Gary Crates
